What does this mean for Executive Waste Services’ customers?
Pick up: All the pick up days will be staying the same for the time being and if your pick up day does change in the future you will be notified with an orange sticker on top of your trash cart.
Billing: The billing process will stay very similar. You should receive your first invoice from Kirby Sanitation on December 1st for January, February and March. You will still receive your invoice by email and they will come from info@kirbyupstate.com.
Autopay: If your account was enrolled in autopay your payment information will transfer over. However, in our billing system, autopay payments are processed on the 1st of the month prior to the start of your quarter. So, for the autopay for January, February, and March will process on December 1st. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR AUTOPAY PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@KIRBYUPSTATE.COM OR CALL 833-2 GET EWS.
Payments: Please mail all payments to PO Box 1116, Greer, SC 29652
Prices: Your prices will remain the same for right now. And when it does come time for a price increase we will notify you at least 30 days in advance! Not just a surprise on your invoice.
