What does this mean for Garbage Grabbers’ customers?
Pick-up: All the pick-up days will be staying the same for the time being and if your pick-up
day does change in the future you will be notified with a red sticker on top of
your trash cart.
Carts: Please continue to use the trash cart that was provided to you by Garbage Grabbers. Please set your carts out for service the night before your service day to ensure service.
Billing: The billing process will stay very similar. Your first invoice is enclosed. We will continue to bill you either monthly or quarterly as per your agreement with Garbage Grabbers. If you have been billed annually or in six-month increments in the past you can still pay six months or 12 months at a time but your invoice will only be sent out for a quarter. If you receive your invoice by email we will resume email billing on your next bill. Your invoice will be sent from info@kirbyupstate.com.
Autopay: If your account was enrolled in autopay your payment information WILL NOT transfer over. To enroll in autopay you can sign up on our website, www.kirbyupstate.com or your may call our office at 864-554-8484.
Payments: Once you receive your first invoice you may pay on our website, kirbyupstate.com, over the phone with a credit or debit card, or mail us a check. Payment can still be mailed to PO Box 49201,
Greenwood, SC 29646.
Prices: Your prices will remain the same! And, if the time does come for a price increase, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance! Not just a surprise on your invoice.
